DR. MIKHAYLOV VLADIMIR ALEXANDROVITCH was born on March 21, 1959 in Uglich, Yaroslavl province, Russia. In 1982 has finished the Ryazan medical institute named after I.P. Pavlov. Has the experience of work in emergency surgery - 11 years... As the surgeon - oncologist has worked 7 years. In 1987 has protected the dissertation on a degree of the candidate of medical sciences (Ph.D.) n a theme: Formation dublical anastomosis in surgery of intestinum and pancreas. In 1994 has received a degree of the doctor of medical sciences (Sci.D.) on a theme:  Use of low- level of laser radiation at treatment oncologic of diseases". The author 10 copyright certificates on the inventions USSR and Russian Federation. In 1989 was invite to National center of laser medicine in Moscow. Per 1994 is nominated as the conducting scientific employee. Per 1997 Head of Moscow Scientific-Practical Center of laser Medicine is nominated. Per 2000 - General director of Scientific medical laser Center is nominated.
